Indochino showrooms

Use the showroom for fit help—not as a guarantee.

A current guide to the appointment process, official Toronto and Calgary locations, and the questions worth settling before an order enters production.

How the visit works

A fitting and design studio, not a rack of finished sizes

Indochino’s current help documentation says a Style Guide can take measurements, help select fabric and customizations, and enter the profile used for production. A first appointment is described as roughly 60 minutes.

01

Consult

Explain the garment, event, fit preference and timeline.

02

Measure

A Style Guide records measurements and works from try-on garments.

03

Customize

Select fabric and garment details before production begins.

04

Check fit

Inspect the delivered garment while the published claim window is open.

Important distinction

A showroom lowers measurement friction; it does not remove fit risk

The official process currently recommends ordering at least eight weeks before a first-time order or major event. Fit concerns must be raised within the published 14-day window, and made-to-measure purchases are not ordinary returnable retail garments.

Editorial view: a showroom is the more supported first-order route when practical. That is not a promise that any particular employee, location or first fitting will produce a perfect result.
