New York showroom guide

Indochino New York City: SoHo or Madison Avenue?

Two verified Manhattan showrooms, one shared ordering process and a separate 2027 Roosevelt Field plan that should not be confused with either.

Official locations

Two current showrooms in Manhattan

Indochino currently publishes separate location and booking pages for SoHo and Madison Avenue. Hours can change, so the cards below link to the live merchant pages rather than copying a weekly timetable.

Evidence boundary: no recent firsthand visit is used to rank the staff. The practical choice is the branch that works for both the first appointment and a possible return visit.

Choosing a branch

Convenience matters twice

The first appointment gets most of the attention, but the delivered garment is the point of the exercise. Choose a showroom you could reasonably revisit during Indochino’s published fit-claim period instead of crossing the city for a marginally more convenient first booking.

Book

First appointment

Allow roughly an hour and bring a realistic shirt and shoes.

Define

Your fit preference

Explain the silhouette and the ready-to-wear problems you want corrected.

Check

The final order

Review fabric, customizations, currency and price before production.

Return

Final Look

Inspect the garment promptly while the published claim window is open.

Roosevelt Field

The 2027 announcement is a separate expansion story

Indochino has announced a smaller standalone Roosevelt Field showroom for early 2027. The company already has a Nordstrom shop-in-shop in Garden City, but the new announcement did not publish the final standalone address or a launch booking page when checked.

In other words, neither Manhattan location is being replaced by that announcement. Read the showroom expansion report for the confirmed markets and the details that remain unknown.

Archive context

Old New York openings remain historical evidence

The archive documents earlier stages of Indochino’s New York expansion, including a 2014 store announcement. Those articles remain available with their original dates, but they should not be used for current addresses or appointment planning.
