Choose the right appointment
Indochino puts a first appointment at around 60 minutes. Its measurements-only appointment is for an order already placed online; the company lists that service and Final Look appointments for Monday–Thursday. Opening hours alone do not establish appointment availability. Check the official appointment types (opens in a new tab) before booking.
For a wedding party, Indochino asks each person to make an individual appointment and recommends ordering 90 days before the wedding. That is planning guidance, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Check the garment while the fit window is open
Try it on promptly, with the tags attached. Look at the collar, shoulders, sleeves and trouser hem, then sit and move. Before paying, check the fabric, selected details and total price, and ask how much time to leave for possible alterations.
Indochino’s fit-help policy (opens in a new tab) says to visit a showroom within 14 days of receiving the order if there are fit or construction concerns. If no appointment is available, contact the local showroom or Customer Experience promptly. Customers away from a showroom are told to contact Customer Experience within 14 days to open a claim. Made-to-measure purchases are not refundable under that published policy.
