San Francisco showroom guide
Indochino San Francisco: the current Post Street showroom.
The verified address, direct booking route and fit checklist—separate from the pop-up events covered in this site’s archive.
Current location
The permanent showroom is near Union Square
Indochino’s current location page lists one San Francisco showroom at 61 Post Street. Its live page carries opening hours, directions and appointment availability, so use that rather than an old event listing before travelling.
What is verified: the address, published phone number and booking route. No recent firsthand visit is used as evidence, and the page does not assign a local service score.
Archive context
The 2013 travelling tailor is part of the history—not the current address
This site began covering Indochino’s San Francisco pop-ups long before the company had its present retail network. That history is useful, but it creates an obvious search problem: an old event article can look like current location advice when its date is missed.
The 2013 San Francisco article remains preserved in the archive. Use this page for the current showroom and the archive for what Indochino was doing at the time.
First fitting
Spend less time on novelty details and more on the fit brief
Indochino describes a first showroom appointment as roughly 60 minutes. The Style Guide records measurements and helps with fabric and customization choices, but “slim” or “comfortable” can still mean different things to different people. Explain where ready-to-wear normally fails and how you expect to use the garment.
A realistic base layer
Bring the shirt and shoe type you are likely to wear with the finished garment.
Your recurring fit problem
Name tight shoulders, collar gaps, trouser rise or another concrete issue.
The actual order
Review fabric, garment details, currency and final price before production.
Alteration time
Do not plan a first order against the shortest published delivery estimate.
After delivery
Keep the fit deadline visible
Indochino’s current help guidance tells buyers with fit concerns to leave the swing tags attached and contact the company or arrange a Final Look within 14 days of receipt. If the garment is tied to an event, build enough time into the order to inspect it properly and complete alterations.
