Indochino Wedding Suits & Groomsmen: Timing, Fit and Group Orders
How to plan an Indochino wedding-party order: the published 90-day recommendation, individual fittings, fit-help deadlines and questions about group pricing.

A wedding order needs a fit plan for every person
A matching fabric does not mean a matching outcome. One groomsman may be happy with his suit on arrival; another may need a correction. Before committing the whole party, work out who will check each garment, where they can get help and what happens if it is not ready.
Back in my 2012 wedding post, I wondered how everyone would manage the measurements, remakes and alterations. That article remains in the archive. This guide deals with the planning questions using Indochino’s published guidance checked on 10 October 2026; it is not a report of a wedding-party order I have personally tested.
How early should you order Indochino wedding suits?
Indochino’s appointment guidance recommends placing wedding orders 90 days before the event and making an individual appointment for each party member. Its wedding consultation covers the process; placing an order uses a separate wedding-party appointment type.
Use that as the starting point for a conversation with the branch, not a promised delivery date. Ask for the current estimate for your selected fabric and destination, then leave room for a proper try-on and possible corrections. A production estimate alone does not tell you when a finished suit will be ready to wear.
- Before anyone pays: settle the dress code, cloth, complete outfit and budget. Ask each person whether they can return to a showroom.
- At the consultation: confirm appointment types, ordering dates and who will coordinate questions across the party.
- When each parcel arrives: try on that person’s entire outfit promptly. Do not wait until everyone else’s suit has arrived.
- If something needs correcting: contact the appropriate branch or support team immediately and get the next steps in writing.
- Before the event: check the corrected garment again and have a fallback that can actually be obtained in time.
This is a planning sequence, not a delivery schedule. The dates for a correction or remake depend on the particular order and need confirmation from Indochino.
Ask for current wedding pricing in writing
Current group-discount terms and package prices could not be verified from the official wedding page in this check. I would ask for a current quote before budgeting around a seasonal announcement.
Ask the branch to itemize the suit, shirt and accessories, identify the exact fabric and currency, and confirm the minimum party size for any offer. Also ask whether every member must use the same fabric and whether a coupon can be combined with the quote. A cheaper headline price is not much help if different people end up ordering different packages.
The current offers page can help you check advertised promotions. It does not confirm eligibility for your party or prove that two discounts can be combined.
Each delivery starts its own fit-help window
Under Indochino’s published fit-help policy, customers near a showroom must visit within 14 days of receipt with tags attached. If appointments are unavailable, contact the branch or Customer Experience promptly. Those away from a showroom must contact Customer Experience within 14 days to open a claim. Made-to-measure purchases are not refundable under that policy.
Keep a shared record of delivery dates, problems and support replies. Do not treat one person’s successful fitting as approval of everyone else’s clothes.
The appointment guidance lists Final Look appointments Monday–Thursday. A showroom being open on Saturday does not establish that it offers this service then. Check the branch’s booking options before planning travel; our showroom guides provide the official location links.
Choose the cloth before the group commits
If a consistent shade matters, inspect the actual cloth where possible and record its name or product reference. Ask whether the fabric is available for the whole party and how a later correction would be handled if that cloth were no longer available.
For people ordering from different places, confirm delivery eligibility and local fit-help arrangements separately. Living in another city is a coordination problem; living in a country the company does not serve is a different one.
Questions to take to the wedding consultation
- What is the complete price per person, in which currency, and when does this quote expire?
- What appointments does each member need, including anyone who already ordered online?
- What is the current delivery estimate for this exact fabric and destination?
- Who should each person contact if the first try-on reveals a problem?
- What options exist if a remake cannot be completed before the wedding?
- Can the proposed wedding offer be combined with another code?
If the answers leave you dependent on everything going right first time, choose another route. A wedding date will not move because a jacket needs another fitting.
For the broader buying decision, read the current Indochino review. The Midnight Blue tuxedo article offers historical ownership context, not evidence about today’s wedding program.

Official appointment and fit-help pages supply the policy details above. The checklist is editorial planning advice. Current group pricing, fabric availability, delivery estimates and actual appointment availability were not verified for a particular order.
